Dee Knapp, president and founder, is a Seattle workplace and employment mediator who believes that mediation as an early intervention to conflict, saves money, promotes job satisfaction and solves problems before they become lawsuits. Dee provides workplace and employment mediation, business mediation, partnership mediation, business dissolution mediation, family business mediation, board member mediation and other related subject matter mediation to clients in the Seattle area. For cases outside the Seattle area, Dee can work with you to provide virtual assistance or will travel for face to face contact with an agreement to cover travel expenses.

Dee customizes her mediation approach to fit the needs and desires of her mediation clients. Her facilitation of large groups in the workplace focuses on reaching common ground while teaching people to overcome conflict. She shares her mediation skills with managers in her workplace trainings so that they too can bring about early dispute resolution.

Together with the consultants she associates with, Dee Knapp and Accord and Collaboration Dispute Resolution Services (ACDRS) believe that conflict and conflict resolution provides an opportunity for growth and to that end we offer a range of services including mediation, training, conflict coaching and team building, designed to create positive change through dispute resolution in organizational and inter-personal relationships. With over twenty years of experience in dispute resolution, including law, mediation and organizational development, we promote an atmosphere of appreciation, effective conversation, and collaboration in the workplace.
